We have an above ground metal frame pool. 12 feet by 33 inches. Just under 2,000 gallons... Steps we followed:
1. We put the pool up.
2. The fire department filled the pool up.
3. Very dark and dirty water.
4. Shocked the pool and have the floating device with chlorine tablet and the arm and hammer clear balance tablet. Filter going of course.
15 - 16 hours later, it is clear, but GREEN tint. Do we wait it out or is there something we can be doing to get it back to normal pool water????

You had water delivered why? Are you on a well? It sounds as though the water delivered also had iron in it. Can you post a pic of your of and water?
