So I think I have a beaded liner, but it looks like the liner doesnt reach all the way up to the top rail. Does this mean I can replace the liner without removing the top rail?

Vogue is under the Trendium umbrella. Your pool was also called the New Wave model. I spoke to Vogue and unfortunately, they no longer manufacture parts for your pool. They do not have any alternative parts that will work.
It does look like a beaded liner. You would not have to remove the top rail when replacing a beaded liner.

Thanks for taking the time to research and answer! What do people typically do in this situation? Is it possible to use a different system for the rails and posts with this pool or is the only option a full replacement of the pool?
Also, I think I would like to try replacing the liner myself, do you know of any guides online that you would recommend?
Sorry for so many random questions, I am still learning and it's a bit overwhelming.

The parts for your pool are unique compared to most steel sided above ground pools. The only option I can think of is to replace the entire pool.
We have a video titled "How to Build an Above Ground Pool". We cover the liner installation at the 7:27 mark. We used a unibead liner but most of the steps would be similar to a beaded liner installation.
