I was wondering if anyone has a Dome on their pool? Do you have problems with chlorine lock?

The consensus here is that there is no such thing. Why are you asking? A domed pool simply uses less chlorine than an outdoor pool mostly due to lower levels of UV and less heat.
I was going to have one installed and the man that was going to install it told me that I shouldn't do it because of the chlorine lock.
That's why you don't want him to manage your chemistry.
So, how would he relate that to all the indoor pools in this country, both commercial, competitive, homes? Best guess is that he doesn't want to do it but doesn't want you to contact another company.
Haven't seen a lot in Northern CA, but enclosed pools are everywhere in Florida.
