Last Fall, I purchased a Hayward Swimpure Extreme Salt Chlorine Generator (SWP940) with TCELL940SWP (40,000 Gallons) from our local Leslie’s Pools. We just had it installed and I am trying to learn more about settings and features. The pool company that installed it lost the manual and other paperwork it came with, so I’m trying to search online, but can’t find anything about it, not even from the Leslie’s or Hayward‘s websites. I find a bit of info for the Swimpure Plus, but nothing for the Extreme. I know it’s likely been replaced by an Aquarite model equivalent but I don’t know how to find out which one. What is the difference between Plus and Extreme, and which Aquarite system correlates to the Extreme? Also why is Leslie’s selling me a Swimpure when it looks like that line doesn’t exist anymore? No pun intended, but I am ”Extremely” frustrated. :laughblue::cautious:

Best way to find to find out what you really have is to look "under the hood." Swimpure Extreme, Swimpure Plus, Aquarite, all use the same circuit board. The AquaRite manual would apply. Hayward, apparently, likes to confuse with several different names for the same product. Then, they will private-brand their own equipment for others (Leslie's) to sell.
Originally, Hayward's SWG and automation was made by Goldline and called the AquaRite (purchased by Hayward many years ago) and there are still Goldline branded products available.

I just bought the same unit. I did my own install, so I have everything but the box! I believe the documentation is identical for the units. I will double check and get back to you.
Well, the manual is titled, Extreme!
doc 092626 RevC I am also striking out finding it anywhere! Try calling Customer Service! 908-355-7995

I will say, I found the documentation almost useless! If need, I will find a way to convert it to text, or simple screenshots.
