Hayward GSV-24 Valve Actuator Leak

I'm assuming I just need to replace the o-rings? Would anyone be kind enough to link me to the correct o-rings on Amazon? I am having trouble identifying the correct ones. Thanks in advance.

You go by the valve, not the actuator.

The O rings in all brands of valves are the same. There are none in the actuator that need servicing. These are listed as Jandy, Pentair/Compool, but will fit a Hayward valve as well. You also may have Hayward actuators on another brand valve, so don't be surprised if you remove the actuator and find a Jandy valve under it. JamesW's picture shows Hayward actuators on what appear to be Pentair/Compool valves.
Don't use a power screwdriver to reassemble the valves, its easy to overtighten and crack the housing.

I only see two o rings when I take the valve apart. One small and one big. Are there any others I am missing?

I replaced the large o-ring and the smaller o-ring. I reattached the valve and it is still leaking when I tested it out.

If we have the correct identification of the valve, then you need to do it like it shows in the diagram.

No O-ring on the bottom and, on the top, it is O-ring-Spacer-O-ring.
