We installed a San Juan fiberglass Hawaiian style 12'9" × 29' 6" 10,000 gallon pool in August 2021. This is our third season for the pool. The water leaked down to the bottom of the led light. The pool company wanted to put putty around the light and fill it with water. The sides are bowed out we have a stamped concrete apron. Should I be concerned about the bowed out fiberglass walls ? I'm sure the leak can be fixed. We really didn't have any real leakage last year that was noticeable. This was second opening last year was fine and we found the leak. What should the repair procedure entail

Do you have any pictures of the pool during the backfill before the concrete collar was poured.

That bowing would be from a lack of backfill supporting the wall. If it was just on one side I might guess the backfill got washed out, even though it should not if the proper gravel was used.

In pics 2 & 3, am I seeing that correctly? The sides seem to have a waving type of bow to them? Not just a steady outward bow from the center, but in & out along each side?

Side note, looks like a typo in your first post (August 2024)?
