Glass pool fence

I currently have an old rusted out metal pool fence. So in the near future it will need to be replaced.

Has anyone ever installed a glass barrier wall? Has anyone installed it themselves? I looked around and couldn't seem to find much in ways of simply ordering parts to install myself.

Hi all - getting close to moving fwd with our pool build this spring, and the concept of a pool fence has been bugging me since we started looking at pool designs a few years (!) ago... I want to see the pool...and not through a fence, but yet a fence is required. Why not use plexiglass or some...

Glass around a pool is a major no-no. I'd look for something else.

There is plexiglass and safety glass that can be used. There are some very strong transparent products available.

I am talking about glass fencing not glass bottles in the pool. Glass fencing is commonly used at hotels and resorts.

Can't use plexiglass as I have a salt pool and the sun here in Arizona will destroy it.
