Soooooo aggravating! My Jandy Aqualink "ghost" is back. This time it is worse. I am finding my light on a LOT. I also am finding the heater on. I keep the gas off though when not in use. And now, new for this season, the pump turned itself off.

I believe this weekend I will reseat every single connector in the system. If that doesn't work, I guess it is time for a new main board.

I think I will also start using the "All Off Time" feature. That at least will act as a reset.

Get the new board. You will enjoy exploring the new features in Rev Yg or whatever you get. @MSchutzer can tell you about it.

Personally I’d check your RS485 devices and connections. The Jandy protocol (unlike the Pentair protocol) has no way to determine if a frame (ie the message the panel sends / receives from a device) is out of order / sequence. So any frame that comes in out of sequence because the device had an issue / some latency can really confuse the panel, and depending on message can make it do stupid things like turn on/off devices.

Do you have a spa-side control? If so, open the panel, remove the faceplate, remove the brown 6-terminal connector. See what happens.
Those buttons are the cause of most "ghost" operations in a Jandy. No amount of "resetting" will stop the problem if it is in the spa-side remote. It can also affect a new board if you get one and re-install the brown connector.

No spa. Someone mentioned perhaps someone else in our neighborhood has an Aqualink PDA on the same frequency. I was going to disconnect the PDA antenna and see what happens.
