I want to get a fire house for my backwash sand filter. I can't find which adapter I would need to connect my filter to the fire house. I am planning on buying a 1.5" NST fire hose.

According to your sig you have a cartridge filter. Apparently you've changed that. 
Assuming that you have a standard sand filter, you'll need either an 1½" or 2" MNPT to 1½" NH adapter. Depending on your multiport valve connections.

2" NH x 1½" NPT Double RL Male Adapter

Yes just moved and inherited the pool and the need to install a backwash hose so I wanted to go with a fire hose
