Fiberglass pool discoloration

Hello, my new fiberglass pool (white) now has yellow/discolored streaks and stains all over the sides and bottom of pool. Covers most underwater fiberglass surface. It stops at the water line, no discoloration above water line. Doesn’t come off with scrubbing. My chemical testing says everything is at correct levels. It’s a salt water system. I am on Long Island in New York. Any ideas how to remove this discoloration? Thank you for any help.

Welcome to TFP! Grab a typical Vitamin C tablet. No gummies, just the regular tablet. Then rub it on a stained area. Let us know if that works.

I always prefer to put the vitamin C tabs into a sock and kinda bang it up to crush a bit, and then rub that against stains.

Might try this product. I've seen it work well on steps, but there are not a lot of fiberglass pools in my area.
