On the deep end of my pool, the expansion joints (I think I termed that right) are wide with some gaps. I'm in N Texas where ground settling is common. I read a few other posts, but want to be sure how or if to fix these. I believe this would require removing the old foam, replacing and then sealing with self leveling mix (brand suggestions welcome). How much cracking or gap does it need to have before fixing and would I remove/fix all of the foam around the pool and replace or just the sections needing the fix?
For the cracks, I read and watched different videos, so think this is where the dry sand crack repair would be used and then water on top would seal/cure the material. If the dry sand fix is not correct on the cracks by the skimmer, what would be best there?
Water on the skimmer is from the battle with leaves, not a leak FWIW.
