It took them a while but yes, they did respond. The response was pretty useless. Here's what I got:
Original question from me was can you provide a water pressure drop curve for the ETi 400 High Efficiency Pool Heater?
Hello, thank you for contacting Pentair, we are sorry for this delay. At this time we are experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails.
Are you referring too the drop in water pressure?

My reply
Yes, a chart for the heater pressure drop vs flow. Much like this chart for a filter:
Their reply:
For a Pentair ETi 400 pool heater, the maximum pressure change allowed should not exceed 2" WC (water column), and the minimum running pressure should not fall below 4" WC.

My reply:
I am not asking about the gas flow rate or gas pressure.
I am looking for a
water pressure drop vs flow rate for the Eti400 High Efficiency Heater similar to what is shown in the picture below.
(refers to the previous pressure drop curve that I sent them)
Their reply:
I am now seeing this information. I can keep looking what type of pump do you have and speeds do you run?

My reply:
The type of pump that I have should not have any bearing on this request for the pressure drop curve of the
heater.
But to satisfy your curiosity I have a Pentair IntelliFlo3 Variable Speed & Flow Pool Pump. It can operate between 35 RPM and 3450 RPM.
I would appreciate it if you would please keep looking for this information.
I haven't had any further response since April 16th, doubt that I ever will.
