I have the EasyTouch Indoor Control Panel, 4 Circuits (P/N 520548) installed inside my house and the LCD screen now says NO COMM. I've read other posts where the fix is to go into settings and do an address find on the remote control panel and the main control panel, but there is no address option in the settings of my indoor control panel. I can still control everything from the main panel, but nothing from the indoor panel. Time and date are not showing correctly either on the indoor control. Any ideas?

Welcome to TFP.

My guess is you have a problem with your wire to the control panel.

I would remove the Indoor Control Panel (ICP) and bring it to the Outdoor Panel. Use a short piece of wire and connect it to the connector in the EasyTouch panel and see if it works.

Thanks for the suggestion and you nailed it. Must be an issue with the wire somewhere between the indoor and outdoor panel as the indoor panel said synching and then went to auto once I connected it to a short piece of wire out by the main control.

Pull a new wire using the old wire as the pull wire.

Well I'm getting closer. I don't think it is the actual wiring at this point. I took the female pin receiver off the wall and put the ICP into it not quite fully and with some messing around I get the ICP to sync and connect and shows as AUTO. It is very touchy and loses communication easily and then I retry to get it back, but when connected, I can turn my pool lights on and off, adjust the pool temp, etc as I normally can.

Is there anywhere to buy just those little black female pin inserts? Rather start there and I hope it is the insert and not the pins on the ICP being probematic.

** I edited out the heater issue. I'm just an idiot who made an accidental disconnection to the main control to the heater and easily found it when I opened the main panel back up. Reconnected that and the heat turned on fine.

Show me pics of the ICP connector with the problem.

Why is your terminal block split in half? Replace the terminal block.

Pentair Terminal Block 4-Position - 8023304

You can use Metz part number 31007104, Digi-key part number 1849-1116-ND is the 4 pin block, at less cost.
