My Dolphin S300i went bad last year and I bought the DX4 as a replacement.
It ran fine last year and seemed to be doing a good job.
This year at opening I had to use it more then normal for opening cleaning due to plumbing issues.
With the floor being dirty after a long winter, I can see where it skips areas, and does not pick up everything it passes over.
I use the fine and the pleated filter baskets.
I never had this problem with my S300, and when this one goes bad I would not re-buy it.
