Does French Gray Quartzscapes actually look gray or blue?

Hi everyone, I am struggling with picking a color. I like the look of the pics I have seen on the nptpool site for French Gray since they look like the water is a nice blue. But the NPT website shows the color as a light gray which is throwing me off because I don't want a gray looking pool. Any help or pics or guidance would be very much appreciated!

So I have npt French grey. I wanted a deeper turquoise water color without spending a ton on the up charge of one of the darker colors. I love it. The grey blends with my grey coping and waterline tile and the water color is very pretty. I didn’t want the typical blue blue water.
Here are photos in the deep end 5.5’ and a bench seat and the other photo is of the splash pad and the steps and how the color changes the deeper you go.

What is your waterline tile?

Which French grey did you use? Mini from stone scapes or Quartzscapes? Does it have glass and abalone in it? Or is it just standard
Thank you

Thank you so very much for taking the time to post this. It really helps to see an actual pool vs. one that is from their website. I really appreciate it!
Shade and shallow make grey water, not the color of the plaster. Water gets its color from light refraction, and with the right light angle and intensity, grey tends to refract the light back through the water more in blue to our eye. But, that light is the biggest determinant and not the color of plaster. Think about the oceans, lakes, and beaches. The water color thrown are shades of greens, aquas, and blues, yet, there's no blue base color holding the water. That's why different web pictures all show differently. Each pool is in its own environment to sun, shade, surroundings. Many of the plaster websites try to show you all the different water colors you might expect.

Standard Quartzscapes it’s very nice. For a standard plaster color it’s perfect, we didn’t want to spend thousands on an upgrade.
