Discrepancy between salt readings

According to my TF-100 salt kit, my salt is at 3.4-3.6, but according to the SWG it's 2.6. I'm assuming the kit is more reliable, so what can I do to "fix" my SWG?

In most cases nothing. While there often times can be a pretty big disparity between the drop test and cell reading, It could be a sign the cell is approaching the end of it's service life. How old is your cell?

You might take a look at the cell itself to see if there's a label or something that ight give us a clue. Post a pic if you like.

Not sure if this helps... I tried Googling a serial number lookup but couldn't find anything.

According to the interwebs (I'm sure some more experienced people will chime in shortly tho) - it would look like that was manufactured in January 2005.

I can't crack the code either. Not sure if the date starts with the "05" to be 2005, or if it starts at the "01" to be 2001. Either way seems exceptionally old. Then other numbers could be month or week of production. Not sure. Maybe @JamesW recalls.

Maybe using that 3219 number (2019). Interesting.

But now that would certainly explain why your cell salt readings are starting to drop a bit. Once we start approaching the 4th - 5th season, it's not surprising to see the salinity number start to diminish.

week 32 2019, that would make it early August... 4 1/2 years assuming a little shelf-sitting...not crazy on the logic front.
