I too pay a little extra for the full strength HASA 31.45% liquid chlorine at my local pool store. It comes in refillable jugs and is the freshest you can find. I don't think the price difference is that significant when you factor in the difference in concentration. In our area, big box stores don't sell full strength muriatic acid. A two pack of 14.5% MA costs around $16 at HD and Lowes. That's about the same price we can pick up the full-strength HASA MA at local pool stores. Plus, not having to run around town in and out of big box stores is priceless. We also support our local mom & pop pool stores.
