concrete pool deck is two shades after removing safety pool cover from winter

I just removed my pools safety cover to open the pool and there is a line that follows where the cover was now on the concrete. Where the cover was the concrete is a darker shade and where it was not, a lighter shade. Basically the perimeter of the pool has a foot long shape that follows where the cover was now on concrete. I'm not sure if it's stained or it's that the concrete stayed dark where it was covered and lightened in color from not being covered. Anyhow it is two toned now :( . Power washing doesn't do anything although I ordered some cleaner hoping to lessen the line. Reason for posting is just to see if anyone else has experienced their pool deck becoming two tones due to it being covered over winter? Thanks for any insight.

What type of concrete? I have stamped concrete that was poured in the middle of last October. Opened up three weeks ago and saw some different shades where cover was located. Power washed and it didn’t really change. Not sure, but it is now starting to look more similar. That is unless I’m getting use to it and not focusing on it as much.

its brushed concrete. It was poured in October and I could't seal it before it was too cold. By the time it reached 28 days after pour it was way too cold out and in November. I figured I'd seal it soon as spring came but... not sure what's best to do now. Clearly I don't want to seal in off colors but I guess stains could get worse also so maybe I clean it as best as possible and then continue to seal.

Mine was poured and then sealed within a week of each other. I was instructed to wait 30 days to let it cure before closing and installing mesh cover and anchors. A second sealing is recommended by my concrete installer this summer. A Neighbor, who works in the construction concrete business, said to wait until later this summer to get the second sealing to allow the sun to help blend.
