Cleaning paper cartridge filters

Does anyone have a magic bullet for cleaning these paper cartridge filters?
Currently I lay them on their side and spray down each course or pleat with a high pressure nozzle.
I’d like to know if anyone has found a cleaner (home made or other) tsp or something similar?

I use a filter flosser.
Be careful using high pressure. It can damage the filter media.
