What is everyone's opinion on basecrete intercept? Is it worth treating the pool shell prior to tile and plaster for extra assurance or am I just wasting my time and money?

This is something that should be discussed with the tile installer and his experience with the process, I personally don’t have the experience with this product to advise on it.
I decided to order it and treat the shell. Even though I am in the desert and will likely not have water issues, Its only a few hundred and will densify the shell. I am going to install the tile to save some $$. Prices are out of hand on everything it seems.
