Auto cover for irregular shaped pool

My dad has a funny shaped pool and has been grumbling about an auto cover for awhile. He leaves out in the country and has an irregular shaped pool (see attached).

Question I have for others is:

Has anyone done and been happy with an auto cover for an irregular shaped pool? My concern is the tracks have to be mounted on the deck, facing up, which is just prime for them getting filled with dirt, leaves, pine needles, bugs, etc.

Thanks-

Hey... as an owner of a deck installed autocover (but simple rectangle shape) let me reassure you the tracks are so very low down on the deck you can sit on the edge of the pool and not feel them. Not a lot of dirt/debris gets in them but they do recommend the cords within be hosed with clean water about once a month. As for your dad's pool, the cover will sit on the larger end and the track will continue straight from there down to the narrow end. The tracks will look like your pool is rectangle even though its not. Does that make sense?

Here is how it looks on my pool-
