There are literally hundreds to choose from. Google wifi remote liquid temp sensors. They range from $30 to $300+.
Here's link for a site that claims to have the "best 10". They usually tie in to your wifi network to connect to the interned so you can monitor with an app.

If you do a search on "Wireless Thermometer' you will find reports of many problems and that they don;t seem to last more than a year or two.

If you want to get something a little more industrial quality at a higher price try this. The site is also loaded with support videos on how to install, set up internet access etc.
