Acceptable Weather for Replastering

What plaster finish are you asking about? It depends on the finish and process.

Check with the plaster materials manufacturer.

In general not below 40F and preferably warming up to at least 60F and not above 90F.



 
I'm not sure what it's called, but I thought it was just regular plaster... not a Pebble Tec or anything like that. I just want the "normal" plaster and in a darkish color, like a blu-ish grey.

Thank you for all the links. I will need to digest them. I was actually wondering if it could be done before winter in my neck of the woods. Of course, I still have to find someone who knows what they're doing, but judging by some of what I read of what you linked me to, sounds like it won't be easy. I should have posted here earlier this year.

You don’t want to do it when it’s raining or where water can get on the finish before it’s done hardening.
