I hope it's okay to post this here!

I love my TF-PRO Test Kit and rely on it to keep our pool in great condition but I have added some items to make the kit a little easier for me to use!

I now have 3 graduated cylinders and 3 magnetic cross-shaped magnetic stirrers so each of the 3 tests, (Chlorine, Calcium Hardness, and Total Alkalinity) each get their own!

The dimensions of my 3D print are the same as the foam insert, except I only made it 35mm tall.

If you have a 3D printer and want to print it, you can go here!

If you print it and like it, please leave a reply and consider boosting my print!

It’s actually printed with PLA matte black but looks a little bit blue in the photos.

Thanks for looking!39043175-5C01-47E7-8D70-6BE5D7790F66_1_201_a.jpeg4F3DF65F-BC07-4C00-843B-537AEF3FC5C2_1_201_a.jpeg143217F5-1203-49E8-AE25-831D3FAFAED4.jpeg3E4F280A-D66A-4321-A72F-5349E5090F0E.jpeg

Mid,

I know nothing about 3D printing... but I have a question anyway..

What material is being printed, or can there be various materials??

Is it solid plastic or is it a soft foam or ????

Did it come out the color in your pic or did you paint it??

Thanks,

Jim R.

Nice! I don’t have the TF-PRO pack (I’m pretty sure mine just came in a clear plastic divided container), but I’ve been playing around with those parametric 3d printed cases and feel like now I have to make an insert and case. 😬

I wonder if I have any green PLA. I could color code the sections and add labels.

Thanks for giving me a new project!

Yeah ever since I got my 3D printer I have been trying to learn Fusion 360. I had fun modelling this!

This is amazing work! I’m resisting getting a 3D printer because I can feel the rabbit hole pulling me downward and my wife killing me, but have done some modeling work in the past and just wanted to say awesome work and congrats on seeing a thing in your brain and making it a real thing in your hands!

How do you fish the spoon out of the center? Make the handle end deeper then you could push on the end of the handle and the spoon end would pop up.

Oh did you print it and are having an issue getting the spoon out? I press with my fingertip on the end of the handle side and the spoon end pops up!

Thanks for the kind words! I think you will enjoy having one! My wife likes it because I have been able to print many plant pots for her and all different colors and designs!!

That’s awesome. I don’t have a 3D printer. If I wanted one what would you charge for it ? I’d pay in advance just so you don’t worry about being paid. My zip code is 11550.

Just checked with Post Office!

Ground shipping is $7.35 (a little more once it’s packaged)…

Priority is $14.25 (also quoted without packaging weight).

Does anyone know if this will this work with the tfp100 pro salt?

Don’t have my kit yet so I’m not sure if different slots would be required

I’m not sure if it would. It looks like the only thing different with the salt kit is the two small orange bottles that are sitting inside of the measuring beakers?!
