Pool electrical safety

Have just installed my spiffy new OmniPL panel and have it hooked up. I’ve left the 240v spa bubbler controlled using the air switch but I did however power it through the OmniPL panel. I ran the Polaris bubbler through a 2-pole GFI 15A breaker. The 12/3 (with neutral) wiring goes into the AS Multi Combo95 box. The bubbler only has a black, red and ground and no neutral. My question is am I protected electrically with this setup? None of my equipment was protected with GFI breakers when we bought this house. All of it is now.

240v does not require a neutral. As long as all the pad equipment is grounded and bonded together with the pool water, you should be fine.
