Fiberglass steps small crack repair

I have a couple of spots on the stair tread about the size of a nickel that blistered up and have a very slight crack in them.
Looking for a repair product that I can put on under water, white, that will seal it up, so no water gets in behind it.
Do fiberglass pools have a repair product that I could use, or something specifically for stairs?
