Hi All,
Our H250FDN is leaking (heat exchanger) and all pool repairmen are backed up due to pool season starting. My piping is a bit tricky to plumb myself () so I was thinking of dismantling the heat exchanger and putting some of that as seen on tv flex seal stuff on the cracked portion of teh exchanger until someone can come out and put an h bypass in it....

I've reduced my pump to 2 four increments at 1500 rpm to limit the leaking of the pool.

Any other thoughts? Trying not to just have water dump out my pocket and into the back yard via the heat exchanger ...

Thanks
Joe

The metal heat exchanger is craccked? Bypass the heater with a replumb.

I was thinking of putting an H in but Indont want to break anything as I havent done any plumbing on this pool before. I guess it’s really just clean cuts and blue glue???? Thoughts?
