Intex sand filter pump capacitor?!

Hello guys, I have a 10,000gal intex above ground pool and recently the pump stopped pumping water. It’s making humming and buzzing sounds but the motor does not spin. I took the pump apart and the impeller spins freely with nothing binding up. Now when I spin the impeller by hand the noise changes from buzzing to humming and even sometimes spins for a split second before it stops and makes a humming noise again as if it’s stuck but it’s not. Is it the start capacitor or something else? I tried looking for a capacitor on the internet but I can’t find any for sale, not at intex nor the manufacturer of the capacitor. Perhaps someone of you can help me find it or tell me what the problem could be.

I suspect that one of these would work. Most likely, the 2 prongs on each end are tied together and you don't need them separate.

What color are the wires going to the capacitor?

You can do a conductivity test on the two prongs on one end to see if they are tied together.

Oh you might be right. I will go ahead and check right now.

There are 3 wires. Two are red, one is blue. One of the red, which is parallel and below the blue wire (prong) is the power cord, the blue wire goes to the motor. The other red(prong) is right next to the power prong and it goes to a circuit board which I think ties into the timer setting. I tried doing a continuity test but nothing goes through, might be because it’s a capacitor and there is too much resistance or it just doesn’t work.
