When I add my test results, then click on chlorine for example, and go to suggested amount to reach target. I log addition "suggested amount" and it saves fine. When I go to my Log, the suggested amount isn't logged, it shows -1oz of bleach. Every time.

Your logs look alright to me. Or did you correct them manually? If so, could you create a log and leave it faulty?
