The wood plank look overlay is coming apart. We need to replace it. there are a few material options including Sundeck, Spraydeck, Kool deck. The wood overlay in place right now is more appealing to me aesthetically for our small community with limited pool users, and it lasted about 7 years before it started cracking. Pros/cons for the textured knockdown kool deck like overlay? Is it dated? I’m Looking for durability & a modern look
