We built a pool in October in the Houston Area. We have noticed since then it has sunk on one side about 3/4-1”. We are having polyurethane injected today to help stabilize it. Yesterday PB came out and put weep holes in it as part of the prep. However since 3pm yesterday the weep holes in the deep end have been draining water (see picture). Can someone tell me what could be causing this? PB says the pool passed a leak detection test but something has to be causing this. We haven’t had rain in over 2 weeks. Please advise.

Ground water under the shell or it was built improperly are a couple possibilities. Having water in the ground needing to support heavy structures can cause failure over time. Sometimes then can put a sump pump underground to pump out ground water but they should have done that before hand. Or if there hasnt been ground water when the shell was shot, then a lot of water leaking from something could also cause that.

Some places in Texas also has some goofy home foundation watering systems that are ripe for future failure. A leak in that could cause trouble as well.

+1 on above. Ground water has compromised the soil structure and cannot support the pool weight. It is not stated if pool built on flat ground or slope. A sump system may have helped or even a retaining wall depending on the ground slope
