Pool Math Issue

Hello! So I subscribed to Pool Math on my android phone (google play store). I want it to sync with the microsoft store version I also installed. Problem is, when I log-in using the credentials I used on my phone to log-in (to pool math), the windows version keeps thinking I'm logged-in to my gmail account version.

So for instance, if I'm signed in on my android as "[email protected]" - then I go to the microsoft store version and log-in with that as well, when I go to settings (after logging in) - it says "Welcome back, [email protected]" instead (my gmail account.) Which obviously doesn't let me then sync my subscription.

Any ideas??

(also of course those email addresses are made up)

It is best to use your TFP log in for Poolmath across all platforms.

Ok strange. I logged out on my PHONE and back in again. Then, the windows version, while still reporting the wrong email address, is working. I'm thinking it's confusing them since the gmail address is what android uses for playstore payments. Whatever the problem was, it's working now Thanks!!!
