Plastic autofill float valve suppose to have water in it?

Hi,

I am trying to recall but I don’t remember but is the plastic float valve suppose to have water in the bulb?

For some reason I don’t remember this and I was adjusting it yesterday and noticed it.

it’s about a third full of water.

Probably a crack in the plastic. Water finds a path.

Just replace it.
