I have a leak through my spa return pipes. Are there one way Spa valves that only allow one direction water flow?

Hello All,

I'm in the process of rectifying a leak in a 26000 gallon pool and spa. In my spa, with pool pump off, I have leak detected two spa jets. As a temporary fix, is there a jet that is only a one-way flow. As in, the water will not be allowed through the jet back into the pipe?

Welcome to TFP.

There are no spa jets with built in check valves.

If a crack exists in a pipe, are there options for pvc pipe repiping without digging up the concrete slab?

The fitting saver puts a pipe within the pipe if the crack is within 12" of the wall.

What is your preferred way of finding the location of a leak in a pipe?

All depends on if the pipe is buried under concrete or if you can dig around it to try and find a puddle.

X,

Show us several pics of your equipment pad so we can understand the plumbing..

95% of the time, when a spa drains down with the pump off, it is a bad check valve in the spa line..

All the spa jets are connected so how did you isolate the problem to two jets.. I suspect that is not your problem.

What makes you think the spa is leaking at all??

Thanks,

Jim R.
