I had an issue with my pool sweep and someone came out and I believe played with the valves. Ever since, there seems to be a little bit of air under the pump lid.

I switched the lids with my fountain filter and same issue.

Be sure that the lid O ring has lube on it. Swapping a lid that doesn't have lube with another of the same won't fix the problem.
If a valve hasn't been moved in a while, it can start to leak when it is. Lube the stem and lid O rings in any valve in front of the pump.
Your pump is a Blue Haven Pools-branded Hayward TriStar. The lid is on backwards in the picture.

You mentioned a pool sweep. How does that connect to the system? Is it a suction cleaner? Turn off the valve to it and see if the bubbles go away.
