    Pool chemistry is changing

    Hi everyone I’m losing my chemistry in the pool, I’m assuming it’s leaking somewhere. Water level goes down 1/4 inch a day, and I thought it’s normal evaporation, but I turned off the pump for 3 days and water level went down 1/4 inch in 3 days. Any thoughts? Please help.

    SWG at cold temperatures

    Hi all, I have a question. As all we know SWGS don’t generate chlorine at cold temperatures, Is it a good idea to heat up the spa to 65 degrees, generate chlorine in the spa and transfer the spa water to pool?

    Filter size

    Hi everyone, please help me to determine my filter size. There is no labels on it so I’m not sure how much DE powder to add to it. Filter is about 3 feet tall and diameter is 20 inches and it contains 8 cartridges. Thanks

    FC always high

    Hi everyone. After I raised my CYA from 60 to from 100% to 30% and I still don’t see any change. Want to keep FC levels 5 or 6. Any suggestions? Please help.

    CL TEST

    Hi everyone, today I noticed when I was testing CL levels it showed 4 ppm, after a minute or two the color became lighter , 2 ppm. Which one is correct? Never paid attention to that before.

    Circupool RJ60 plus

    Hi everyone, I was just wondering if rj60 cell can be installed upside down. At low rmp like below 2000 it creates a huge bubble and cells are exposing to air and I don’t know if it’s normal. My question is , can I turn it 180 degrees upsid down to get read of bubbles in the cell?

    Ph problem

    Hi everyone, I’m having hard time to control my ph. TA is 60, fill water ph is 7.9 and pool ph is rising 0.1 ppm every other day and I have a waterfall from spa to pool which cannot be turned off. Is it a good idea to lower TA from 60 to 50 ppm, or is there a better solution?

    Circupool RJ60 plus

    Hi everyone, I just want to make sure my rj60 plus is working normal. When it’s on 15% the cell voltage is on 22.8 and amperage is on negative 5, and I have same exact results when it’s on 100%. So please tell me if this is normal I assume at lower percentage it should draw less volts and apms...

    Salinity level

    Hi everyone, I’m converting my pool to SWG, salinity level is now 2900 ppm My question is, does chlorine generators loose performance when salinity level is on low side(minimum) circupool recommends 3500ppm to be ideal. The system works fine with 2900 ppm and doesn’t give me a low salt warning

    Alkalinity problem

    Pool size 20000 gal Ph 7.4 Alkalinity 60 I want to raise my alkalinity to 100 ppm Poured 10 lb of sodium bicarbonate into the pool And measured the next day and it was 70 ppm It was suppose to raise above 90 ppm Please help, I can’t figure it out what’s the problem
