That chlorine level is just fine

    Pool Too Full

Is that your only drain option? My PB put in a 1.5” pipe to attach to and drain out. I have to imagine a standard hose would take a while.

    Too Much Salt

    I keep mine at 3000 to 3200

What did you do to your pool today?

Needed a little chlorine today so I dropped in my standard gallon per week for the warm months. Also upped the stabilizer again. Trying to be cautious.

    Earthworm invasion

But why do they not get in the rest of the year? I don’t close my pool so I’m not familiar with everything about that.

    HELP

Your pool is marginally smaller than mine. My math indicates my pool loses or gains 400 gallons per inch of water. If you’re adding an inch of rain you add 400 gallons to the pool, or 1.6% dilution. This will cause your FC to fall from 44 to 43.29 (although realize you can’t measure that)...

    Earthworm invasion

You’re not too far away from me (central GA). That’s surprising.

    Earthworm invasion

I’ve never remembered to pay attention to locations on these posts. Is this a regional issue? I’ve never seen a worm in our first year of ownership.

What did you do to your pool today?

Variable depth doesn’t matter unless you’re falling below the point at which depths change (which you generally shouldn’t). By my math, my pool loses 403 gallons per inch until it reaches the variable depth. It is 18x36. My math is 18x36x1 which is equal to 648 cubic feet at the static depth...

    Pool Temp and Opening

I mean, I get that, I guess I just didn’t realize it was THAT bad.

Goodness. How long is your season? My water is already swim temp.

    Aiper Scuba S1 Review

I realize it’s a different situation but I chuckled at adding a “cord” to the “cordless” robot.

    Pool Temp and Opening

Not everyone is built for it, but we love it here. On the flip side, I am NOT built for weather like yall get in the NE.

    Pool Temp and Opening

Ours hit 80* in GA today for the first time. Pool season is here! We don’t close, because of so small of a window of weather around freezing. I think there were <10 days during the winter where I ran the pump nonstop as precaution.

    FAS-DPD question

This is what I’ve wondered. Haven’t tried yet.
