WiFi Enabled Timer to Replace Mechanical Intermatic

I'm looking for guidance from the experts. I have an Intermatic PF1202T mechanical timer switch that is old and no longer functioning properly. It is controlling the pool main pump and cleaner booster pump.
While I'm about to do work to repair/replace the unit, I'm seeking a means to WiFi enable the on/off and timer control of these two pool pumps. I have a very strong WiFi to the pool equipment, so that is not a concern.

Any suggestions, feedback, thoughts that can be shared?

I recently installed Woods WiOn 50054 timer box to control a pump for my waterfall/slide. You can read my brief review HERE in Post #6. I have a great connection and no connection issues. Works off of a phone app and is Alexa compatible.

While checking reviews on Amazon, I came across one from a buyer who removed the module from the WiOn box and fit it into his pool timer box. Here is a screenshot of the review.

I should have mentioned...this is a low cost alternative to more costly systems. If you're looking for more complete system with full integration, there are better alternatives. The Pentair Easy Touch with Screen Logic would provide you with full control by phone with Alexa integration.

Make sure you check that the antenna wire is connected to the back of the internal module. Mine was disconnected when I received it which may explain some the connection issues mentioned in some of the reviews.
