I have a new above ground pool liner, solid blue. Haven’t had it a year put a cover over it for the winter open it up and now I have white spots all over the bottom of the pool. I haven’t overdone it with chemicals, cause I haven’t had a chance to put any in yet since summer What are the white spots what is causing them?
