What type of cement is used to secure pool tiles?

I have some loose tiles in my pool that I have to redo. I have no idea what type of cement to use to adhere them. The grout I figured out. Any help with brands etc would be appreciated.

(I'm assuming you mean decorative tile on the pool itself and not coping/deck tile)
