What material is used between these bricks?

Hi, some of the concrete, cement or mortar is falling out of my bricks that line my pool. Does anyone know what product is used in between these bricks? Is it a cement mix? Mortar? See pic attached. Thanks for your input.

If you are talking about the paver bricks and not the coping, then go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get Polymeric Paver Set in the color of your choice. Sweep it in and water.
