I have weights holding mine down but the new system says it uses water in the legs to keep them down..
Much appreciated, thank you! We'll be decking up to the outside so that ought to solve that. Almost thinking about hanging the deck over the side and putting a dock ladder thing in the pool. Will make liner replacement more difficult down the road but might give me something a bit sturdier.
I hear ya. when I first got my pool and saw the flimsy intex ladder I was in tears. no ****** way! at first we ranch-rigged something with scaffolding. hated to spend more on steps than the dang pool cost! had part of an old blow molded step from the 90s that worked and in combo with one set of confers it all worked. eventually I figured out the confer steps on the outside were better and the four step ladder on the inside was easier to clean. little pool probably saved my life. good luck!
