Wall lifted out of track on both long sides of UG Pool

We need help.... These are photos of the side of our Nature (built by Atlantic Pools) 12 x 24 ft Oval Buttress Free Above Ground Pool. We had partial lifting last year - just in one section. This year there is lifting on both sides of the long sides of the pool (2-3 sections a side). This will be the 3rd year with this pool. We purchased it new and had it professionally installed. We've also had our installer, winterize it for us every year. How do we fix this?

Hello and welcome to TFP! Sounds like you've been through a lot there with ground movement. I'm afraid I don't have experience in that area, but others certainly do. I just wanted to say hello and give your thread some more visibility. Please feel free to re-post to this thread to give it an additional :bump: as required to keep it active and visible. In the meantime, it's nice to have you with us.

The pool is going to need reset and checked for level. You can have it professionally done or DIY.

It looks more like the uprights are sinking than the wall is lifting. As Casey said you're best bet is to take it down and reset everything making sure your uprights are on firm solid ground. Check with your builder about their warranty and if they will fix it.
