Variable Speed Pool Pump Timers

I just got a variable speed pool pump installed, a Hayward SP3202VSP. I have just about figured it out but I have one question that I haven't figured out. I've set my timers to run it at different speeds throughout the day and shut off at night. However, there are certain times that I may need to ignore those timers and run it continuously or overnight. How do I do that? Is there a way to override the timers and tell it to just keep running until I turn it off? Thanks.

Not sure about your Hayward, but my Pentair Superflo has a Quick Clean setting that will run at an rpm and run time length that I can set. One push of a button and off she goes. You can also re-set one of your run speeds so the total hours are increased and max out at 24 hours.

Thanks. It has the quick clean button but it says that runs it at maximum rpms for 60 minutes. It doesn't say anything about being able to change that but maybe I'll try. I thought about setting one of the timers to 24 hours but my installer cautioned me about setting timers that overlapped each other which obviously a 24 hour timer would overlap all my others. Thanks again.

In those situations where a 24 hr run is necessary, just adjust timer 1 to run for 24 hrs, then once complete put it back to its original settings.

Yep. I have the same pump you do, @FLDan and I just changed the first timer setting. I'll go back and readjust them when it doesn't need to run for 24 hours anymore. I noticed another odd quirk - the timers schedule in 15 minute segments, and setting it to run for 24 hours is actually how you turn that timer off. So I have one setting running for 23:45, it's off for 15 minutes, and then it starts again. I turned all the other timers off so there's no overlap.
