Triton II filter leaking at top

Lately, I've noticed that my Triton II filter is leaking water a bit more than usual when the pump starts up and must also be allowing air to get into the lines because I see and hear major bubbles coming from my pop-up cleaners. Does anyone have any idea what this is a symptom of? Is it as simple as replacing the gasket at the top of the filter assembly (where the water leakage is seen)?

I guess mine's been leaking a little bit for a while. Turns out that I do not have a regular model TR100 filter. My closure indicates that the filter is a commercial TR100C filter, which would explain why I was having a hard time finding the right part number for the gasket as well as the tool needed to remove/install the closure. The O-ring gasket that seals the closure to the main filter housing is cracked, but I was able to minimize leakage with generous lubrication and ordered a new one from Inyo Pools. Fingers crossed it holds up until I receive the new O-ring.
