A had green algae at pool start up, slammed the pool for 4 days, water was blue but couldn’t see the 3rd step.
Put in 4 pounds of aluminum sulfate, white scum on top, re circulated water for 4 hours, 5 days later still cloudy.
Vacuumed to waist, still can’t see the 3rd step, can hardly see the bottom of the skimmer!
Added 8 pounds of aluminum sulfate, turned pump on to recirculate for a few hours, still cloudy 5 days later, vacuum to waist again.
Still cloudy 3 days later, started pump to filter through sand filter have been filtering and backwashing for a week.
Still can’t see the third step in pool.
