TIle Selection - Blue or Natural?

Hey guys. I think we possibly have our tile narrowed down to 2 choices now. I prefer the look of the natural looking tile while my wife wants a blue based tile. It is a rectangular pool with a spa raised 18 inches with 2 steps. The third pic is of the pool studio design. The first screen shot is a combination of 2 tile designs. One for the water line and just squares for the spa. The second screen shot shows what the natural tiles look like in different settings These would be at the waterline as well as on the spa. I would love to hear some opinions and ideas. Thanks in advance!

Hey Epster,
Fellow Clermont resident with a build underway as well.
I had a similar debate with the wife, and we went natural, going with NPTs sierra blue slate. Considering you're planning on a raised bond wall, I'd go natural, for what it's worth.

Hoping it comes together similar to this:

What color plaster are you going with? I like to have the tile blend in with the plaster but we wanted the natural look on the raised wall so we split the look. If you go with a tan plaster natural all the way in my opinion. I have picture in the signature below.

Our Pebble finish and coping/deck are going to both be light colored - the waterline tile will become a focal point, so we are going with a blue Deco tile. All personal preference - and in those situations I leave the decision to the wife! As long as the pool water is wet, I'm content.

Clermont!! That's awesome. I live in Hunter's Run off of Hartwood Marsh and Hancock. Your pool looks great and I love how the rocks are incorporated into the pool edge. I am very torn. I think it will look great either way. I prefer more natural appearances and my wife likes a more consistent look. Ultimately she has informed me that I can choose whichever one I want but she will be in the pool much more than me as she is a stay at home wife.

Wow! Your pool turned out great!! The design is very unique and just plain awesome!! I am deciding between Stonescapes Aqua White 3 and Aqua Blue 3.

Not mine, was just an example of the tile, mine still a dirt pile in my backyard! We're located off Lake Louisa Drive, essentially a stones throw away.
