I’m trying to figure out, where is the problem.
I can feel strong suction on the intake, weaker suction in the sweeper (Vingly). Pressure on meter shows 15 or so. No leaks. I tried another Vingly, one that works in another pool (my son’s), still same. Tried adjustments, nothing. The sweeper don’t move.
Filters are clean.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you!

Is this the 2-wheel version or the one with the large rubber disk?
Are you using the adjustable suction adapter? Is it all the way closed to get the most suction through the cleaner? Weak suction at the cleaner will stop it from working. be sure any valves are set properly as well.
Is the diaphragm broken/torn? The cleaner won't move.
Sadly, there's a reason those cleaners as so inexpensive. They are not really expected to last much longer than a year or two and then you get a new one.

Large rubber disk with a brand new diaphragm.
As I said, I tried another one, same model ,that works fine in another pool with no luck.
Yes I tried various adjustments with the adjustable suction adapter as well as with the pump valve.
