I like squared corners, no miters. Our coping is black river limestone, sealed with enhancing sealers, and all 90 degree corners--no mitered corners. Here's a picture.
We did straight corners. I felt it looked neater as the installer better have a great blade in order for it to look nice. The examples above are good though so I’d say if you are not 100% sure your installer will make your miters perfect go with straight. If you trust the installer and believe they will cut it perfect it comes down to personal preference as both look good.
