I saw 2 ducks on patio. Then saw duck poop at bottom of pool (not much). I scooped it out. Now what? Be specific please. Newbie here and I don’t want anyone to get sick!

If you keep your FC in or above your Target Range for your CYA, then you should not have to do anything...
FC/CYA Levels
It would not hurt to increase your FC, if you want, but I never have..
I get hit by a duck 'disaster' once or twice a year... For me, what they do in the pool is not an issue, it is what they do on my coping that bothers me, as I have to actually clean that up...

Also keep in mind that birds fly over your pool every day and odds are there are frequent enough “bomb runs” that you never even notice. A couple of duck turds isn’t a whole lot different in the grand scheme. The chlorine and filter are already poised to kill any pathogens and remove dispersed solids. A whole lot of organic matter can use up a lot of chlorine but a little bit in over 6k gallons is likely not even measurable.
